A key player at the company for over 23 years, Bala can speak in detail to all the intricacies that have made Systech Solutions, Inc. a trusted partner for over 25 years. Bala is an expert at closing a sale. His hard work and dedication, overtime in the role of COO, has affected meaningful changes within the company. His leadership is a promising indication of all the success there is to come. 

Bala earned B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a PDGM in Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He resides in Northern California with his wife, son and canine companion.
