Arun Gollapudi
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
As CEO and Co- Founder, Arun is responsible for aligning the strategic direction of the company, as well as overseeing its day-to-day operations, sales and marketing. As one of the two founding principals, he guided the firm for the last 16 years to a successful niche in Business Intelligence and Custom Business Development. Arun's work in helping companies transition to Client Server systems and technologies earned him invaluable experience in positioning Systech as the Change Agent. As an integral part of Systech, Arun worked to drive the company's growth to the size of 10 Million in revenue and 200 employees worldwide. Under his leadership, Systech continues to thrive on implementing and delivering new business models and applications.
Arun holds an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management, an M.S. in Engineering from University of New Brunswick, Canada and a B.S in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India. He is a member of - LA Chapter at Entrepreneur's Organization (EO)

Srinivasan Ramaswamy
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
As COO, Srini is responsible for Systech's operations, with a primary emphasis on Sales and Business Development. Srini has also been closely involved with giving technical direction to the firm over the last 16 years. His project management skills have guided the firm and contributed to its growth since inception. Srini is actively involved in all technical decisions for the company and has been instrumental in the company growth and diversification into new technologies. He developed the overall operating model for the business, while also managing global operation on a day-to-day basis. Srini's expertise, passion and dedication to clients over the last 15 years has led him to successfully implement and deliver systems that support changing business needs.
He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai) in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering.

Ashish Parikh
Chief Financial Officer
Ashish brings over 13 years of progressive, diverse corporate finance and operations experience. His areas of expertise include financial restructuring and strategy, contract administration, corporate legal compliance, administrative services, and off-shore operations. His unique breadth of knowledge include planning, forecasting, strategic financial engineering and modeling.
Ashish graduated with an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and possesses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

Craig Gittelman
President
Craig brings to his role as President of Systech, 12 years of experience in technical services consulting covering a wide array of technologies in sales, execution and management roles. In his previous role as an Account Executive at Systech, Craig recorded the best results in company's history by consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales targets. In addition, he brought considerable structure and methodology to the company, particularly around sales and selling methodologies, which Systech has successfully incorporated into a model not readily found in companies of similar size and development. His knowledge of technology and its application in the solution of business problems using a business intelligence framework has been central to his success.
Craig is a Finance MBA from UC Irvine and obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance at Boston University.

Yusuf Gulamhussain
Director, Business Intelligence Solutions
As the Director of Business Intelligence Solutions, Yusuf brings in well over 11 years of experience in articulating, designing and delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions to our customers across a spectrum of industry verticals. His experience spans Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Web-based Enterprise Applications and Client/Server-based solutions. Yusuf has grown through the ranks within the organization over the last 11 years and has been a vital part of the company’s overall growth and success.
In his role as the Director of Business Intelligence Solutions, Yusuf manages a team of highly specialized Solution Architects and BI Professionals who define and deliver well-tailored business intelligence solutions to our customers. His leadership and depth in the business intelligence space, provides a definite edge in establishing Systech as a niche business intelligence solution provider.
Yusuf is an Engineering Graduate from University of Madras, India.

Jackie Crosby
PMO, Director
As Director, Project Management, Jackie is focused on consistently driving project direction, coordinating ongoing risk review, Assessment and Delivery Management. Jackie brings to Systech a decade of experience governing projects with a risk model review of Sales and Business Solutions during the sales cycle. The challenges of understanding how IT can work for the business and having business understand IT, provided fuel for her professional growth.
Prior to Systech, Jackie was an IT project manager for a North America auto distributor. She worked for 5 years managing 4 large projects with a 100% success rate for on time and within budget while meeting and exceeding the business requirements. The projects included CRM, Call Center Support, and Warranty reporting and cost control. Jackie also participated and served as president of local chapters of IT related user's groups.

Sudha Gopal
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Sudha is directly responsible for managing the entire Indian operations at Systech. As an integral part of Systech's Management, Sudha steered the company to a prominent position in the industry and synergized capabilities to develop an environment conducive to maximizing employee output. In her previous role at Systech, she handled diverse functions such as heading Human Resources, Training and Professional Services of the company.
Sudha has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from UK. Sudha is also the current President of eWIT - a Women's forum conceptualized by a group of IT professionals in India.

Maruthu Pandian
Vice President, India - Operations
As Vice President, India - Operations, Maruthu Pandian is directly responsible for Recruitment, Training and Resource Management. In this role he is focused on allocating resources to different assignments with a better control over recruitment and skill set development. Maruthu's professional experience includes 15 years of technical leadership in the areas of Data Modeling, Business Analysis and Data warehouse Design and Development. Since joining Systech, Maruthu built and led diverse BI experts by providing powerful business intelligence solutions to clients including Warnaco, Ingram Micro, ABS and 20th Century Fox. Maruthu is a strong believer of the fact that business acceptance is the true measure of data warehouse project success.
Maruthu received an MBA from Bharathidasan University in India and a bachelor's degree in science from University of Madras.

Sethu Rayar
Vice President, India - Sales
Sethu Rayar brings a unique depth of knowledge and expertise to Systech. As Vice President, India - Sales, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy, client relationship and business development for new markets.
Prior to this role Sethu served as Vice President - Resource Management and Project Delivery in the company. Prior to that he was a Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager where he was responsible for Customer Relationship, Project Delivery and Business Development. In addition Sethu successfully managed design, development, implementation and support of BI systems for clients in the US. He also headed the technical operations of Systech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Indian subsidiary) as Manager - Technology.
Sethu received a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Madras.
