Arun Gollapudi
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
As CEO and Co-Founder, Arun is responsible for aligning the strategic direction of the company, as well as overseeing its day-to-day operations, sales and marketing. As one of the two founding principals, he guided the firm for the last 16 years to a successful niche in Business Intelligence and Custom Business Development. Arun's work in helping companies transition to Client Server systems and technologies earned him invaluable experience in positioning Systech as the Change Agent. As an integral part of Systech, Arun worked to drive the company's growth to the size of 10 Million in revenue and 200 employees worldwide. Under his leadership, Systech continues to thrive on implementing and delivering new business models and applications.
Arun holds an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management, an M.S. in Engineering from University of New Brunswick, Canada and a B.S in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, India. He is a member of - LA Chapter at Entrepreneur's Organization (EO)

Srinivasan Ramaswamy
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
As CTO, Srini is responsible for building and delivering cutting-edge technical solutions and services that embody industry-specific implementations. He is also responsible for spearheading strategic processes, overseeing vision and direction of initiatives that improves profitability and meets corporate goals. His project management skills have guided the firm and contributed to its growth since inception. He developed the overall operating model for the business, while also managing global operation on a day-to-day basis. Srini's expertise, passion and dedication to clients over the last 20 years has led him to successfully implement and deliver systems that support changing business needs.
He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai) in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering.

Ashish Parikh
Chief Financial Officer
Ashish brings over 13 years of progressive, diverse corporate finance and operations experience. His areas of expertise include financial restructuring and strategy, contract administration, corporate legal compliance, administrative services, and off-shore operations. His unique breadth of knowledge include planning, forecasting, strategic financial engineering and modeling.
Ashish graduated with an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and possesses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

Bala Varadarajan
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Bala Varadarajan, is responsible for 2 emerging and critical lines of businesses – Product Development and Partner Software resell. Bala, brings to this role, 15 years of experience in building new line of businesses, regions and sales teams. Bala, is actively involved in managing Systech’s partnerships with other best-of-class application providers across a range of BI technologies. He has been instrumental in building relationships to extend Systech’s technology and business capabilities through a powerful partnership network. Leading the Product Solutions Group at Systech, Bala is also focused on building Engineering, Sales & Delivery teams to convert Systech and Strategic Partner IP to software products to take them to market.
In his previous role as the CEO of Pi Solutions Inc. – a Systech spin-off, Bala, presided over a dynamic team with over 50 man-years of experience in building profitability applications. Under his leadership, the team successfully raised funding, built the product and took it to market and acquired customers. Prior to Pi, Bala worked with Systech Solutions, Ramco Systems and CMC Ltd. India. Bala has played a key role in establishing Systech’s BI and DW solutions practice in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets; building long-term relationships and a significant presence. And at Ramco and CMC he worked in front-line and leadership roles in Sales and Marketing.
Bala graduated as an Engineer from IIT Madras and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.

Yusuf Gulamhussain
Principal Architect, Business Intelligence
In his role as Principal Architect, Business Intelligence, Yusuf manages a team of highly specialized Solution Architects and BI Professionals, defining and delivering tailor-made business intelligence solutions to our customers.
Yusuf brings in well over 14 years of core experience in delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions across a spectrum of industry verticals. His experience spans Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Web-based Enterprise Applications. Yusuf specializes in Digital/Social Media, CPG Retail, Gaming/Hospitality and Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry verticals, building BI solutions on clear understanding of business fundamentals and associated analytics. Joining the organization at its early stage, Yusuf has been a vital part of the company's overall growth and success. His leadership and depth in the business intelligence space, provides a definite edge in establishing Systech as a niche business intelligence solution provider.

Jackie Crosby
Director, PMO & Resource Management Group
As Director, PMO & Resource Management Group, Jackie is responsible for Recruitment, Training and Resource Management. She is also focused on consistently driving project direction, coordinating ongoing risk review, Assessment and Delivery Management. Jackie brings to Systech a decade of experience governing projects with a risk model review of Sales and Business Solutions during the sales cycle. The challenges of understanding how IT can work for the business and having business understand IT, provided fuel for her professional growth.
Prior to Systech, Jackie was an IT project manager for a North America auto distributor. She worked for 5 years managing 4 large projects with a 100% success rate for on time and within budget while meeting and exceeding the business requirements. The projects included CRM, Call Center Support, and Warranty reporting and cost control. Jackie also participated and served as president of local chapters of IT related user's groups.

Sudha Gopal
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Sudha is directly responsible for managing the entire Indian operations at Systech. As an integral part of Systech's Management, Sudha steered the company to a prominent position in the industry and synergized capabilities to develop an environment conducive to maximizing employee output. In her previous role at Systech, she handled diverse functions such as heading Human Resources, Training and Professional Services of the company.
Sudha has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from UK. Sudha is also the current President of eWIT - a Women's forum conceptualized by a group of IT professionals in India.

Sethu Rayar
Vice President, International Region
Sethu Rayar brings a unique depth of knowledge and expertise to Systech. As Vice President, International Region, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy, client relationship and growing the international business that he has been nurturing in 2010 – in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and India.
Prior to this role Sethu served as Vice President - Resource Management and Project Delivery in the company. Prior to that he was a Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager where he was responsible for Customer Relationship, Project Delivery and Business Development. In addition Sethu successfully managed design, development, implementation and support of BI systems for clients in the US. He also headed the technical operations of Systech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Indian subsidiary) as Manager - Technology.
Sethu received a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Madras.

Anand Somisetty
North East Region
Anand Somisetty leads the growth of Systech’s Strategic Business Unit in the North East region of USA. Anand provides overall strategic and leadership to the region. Anand comes with accomplished career spanning 20 years in sales, marketing and general management, of which, over a decade has been in the outsourcing IT services.
Anand has a postgraduate degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi and has an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

Kandhakumar Packirisamy
Director, Pacific South West Region
Kandhakumar Packirisamy serves as Director for Pacific South West Region at Systech. Kandha has been working with Systech since 2006, quickly advancing through the ranks to key positions within the company. In this capacity, he co-manages and oversees the growth of Systech’s business units in this region in various industry verticals. His background as a BI Solution Architect with domain expertise in Manufacturing/Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Management System, Health care and Insurance enables him to understand how technology can support a company's strategies, processes, operations and management activities. Kandha has a broad technology and industry knowledge, and a track record of taking challenging, unstructured situations and delivering results.
Kandha has helped several clients address their challenges in business intelligence and data warehouse architecture. In the last 10 years of his professional experience, he has led the development of business solutions to help companies modernize their business and IT operations and improve overall customer experience.
Prior to Systech, Kandha held Data Warehouse Architect and Co-Facilitator in Center Of Excellence positions at G.E. Aircraft Engines and iGATE.

Ramakrishnan Ranganathan
Director, Pacific South West Region
Ramakrishnan Ranganathan serves as Director for Pacific South West Region at Systech. In this role, he co-manages and oversees the growth of Systech’s business units in this region in various industry verticals.
Ramki has over 10 years of experience in Web Application and Data Warehousing concepts. Earlier in a role as the Data Warehouse Architect at Systech, he designed & developed solutions using most of the major Data warehouse technologies across different database, data integration & presentation streams.
He has extensive knowledge & an established track record on devising innovative solutions in Retail, Banking, Health Care, Insurance & Restaurant industry verticals. He is a specialist in Web Clickstream analytics & user behavior analysis, Enterprise Application integration solutions, Service Oriented Architecture & OLTP-OLAP implementations, Customer Relationship Management, Master Data Management and Data Governance.
Ramki, started his career as a web application developer, and in parallel learnt the ropes of data warehousing and related technologies. His ability to think out-of-the-box to provide technology solutions for different business requirements quickly advanced his growth up the ranks within the company.
