Job Requirements:
- Strong MSTR Lead with experience in creating reports, documents and dashboards
- Excellent SQL and Excel skills and experience working in multiple RDBMS environments
- Experience working in a support organization in the reporting/DW/Business Intelligence space
- Exposure to MSTR architecture and administration
- Experience in Capacity Planning and Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure and show consistency in quality on deliverables
- Ensure and show consistency in timeliness on delivery
- Should lead a project and manage the team
- Experience working with business users
- Experience working with Onsite/Offshore developers and Coordination
- Troubleshooting/Issue Resolution
- Ability to respond quickly to issues raised by the user or IT community
- Help reproduce production issues for logging tickets with Tech Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
