Experience: 6-9 years

Core Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Development/Support projects and a good understanding of support processes.
  • Good understanding of various KPIs and Metrics used in reporting of Development/ Support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Data transformation projects and hands-on experiences in Data-warehousing ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, MSTR, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Should have previous experience in Dashboarding and data transformation projects executed and managed from offshore.
  • Should have a very good understanding of the Offshore-Onsite model of project execution and support.
  • Handled a team of 5 +

Required Skills:

  • Advanced SQL Knowledge – Writing & debugging complex SQL statements to query and understand data/Information.
  • Hands-on Knowledge on anyone visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau, MSTR, Cognos, etc.
  • Hands-on knowledge on anyone ETL tool like Informatica, Talend, etc.
  • Good Excel Knowledge.
  • Professional and Effective communication skills, Presentation skills and client-facing skills.
  • Exposure to MPP or other Project management tools like JIRA, Quality Centre is a plus

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, categorize and prioritize Development /support tickets based on severity. Be flexible to reprioritize based on business needs and communicate the reasons to the stakeholders.
  • Prepare project schedule & delegation of development work and send it to respective stakeholders.
  • Assign tickets to appropriate resources (L1, L2, L3) based on ticket complexity and resource skills. Track and monitor for completion.
  • Prepare Triaging reports based on ticket assignment and send to respective stakeholders.
  • Prepare effort estimates for tickets and track actual efforts against planned efforts.
  • Maintain resource rotation plan, resource leave plans, resource hours clocking, and exception reports.
  • Monitor and track SLA compliance for ticket acknowledgment and ticket resolution.
  • Manage all communication related to Ticket triaging, assigning and resolution with PMO or Project Manager.
  • Support PMO in preparing various reports – SLA Breach reports, Daily Incident status reports, Monthly status report, and resource utilization reports.
  • Prepare required documentation for Production rollout & transfer to support.
  • Perform admin related tasks like add, delete, manage users, security, access, and privileges, code promotion to test/prod from dev
  • Perform Hardware and Software administration, software updates, software patches install and license audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related technical field.
  • 6 – 9 years of associated work experience.
  • Detailed analytical abilities.
  • Experience with Data Analytics projects.
  • Strong experience in project management and PMO activities.
  • Good Knowledge of SQL and visualization tools like Power BI.
